The Clack Seal and Spacer Kit V3005-02 is the second essential wear part kit required for a complete and sustainable overhaul of your control valve. The control piston is the moving part, while this kit forms the stationary ‘cylinder liner’ within the valve housing. These seals are critical for the precise separation of the various water pathways during regeneration.

The ideal complement to piston replacement

These seals, which are used in the valve housing, can harden, wear out or become damaged by dirt particles after prolonged use. This results in internal leaks, which cause the same symptoms as a worn piston: constant water flow to the waste water, reduced performance or salty soft water. To ensure a professional, permanent repair, it is strongly recommended that this seal kit V3005-02 also be replaced when replacing the control piston (e.g. V3011/V3177).
