Die NeoTec Slaves sind Erweiterungsmodule für das NeoTecMaster-System von Neomeris. Das NeoTecMaster-System ist ein automatisiertes Online-Monitoring-System für die Kontrolle und Überwachung von Wasserqualität und Prozessparametern. Es wurde speziell für den Einsatz in der Wasseraufbereitung, Prozesswasseraufbereitung, in der Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie, im klinischen Umfeld und vielen weiteren Anwendungen entwickelt.
Die NeoTec Slaves sind spezielle Module, die dem NeoTecMaster-System hinzugefügt werden können, um die Anzahl der unterstützten Sensoren zu erhöhen. Jedes Slave-Modul kann bis zu 4 Sensoren unterstützten und kann über ein Netzwerk mit dem NeoTecMaster-System verbunden werden.
Die Slave-Module sind einfach zu installieren und zu konfigurieren und können je nach Anforderungen des Kunden angepasst werden. Sie sind ideal für den Einsatz in größeren Anlagen oder in Anlagen, in denen eine größere Anzahl von Sensoren überwacht werden müssen.
Insgesamt bieten die NeoTec Slaves eine zuverlässige und skalierbare Möglichkeit, das NeoTecMaster-System als herstelleroffenes Multiparameterkonzept anzupassen und zu erweitern. Dies ermöglicht es Kunden, ihr Überwachungssystem an ihre spezifischen Anforderungen anzupassen und sicherzustellen, dass alle wichtigen Parameter in Echtzeit überwacht werden.

The NeoTec Slave 2/3/4G is designed for use in control and regulation systems with decentralised I/O nodes. It consists of CAN field bus components, all of which are designed for top-hat rail mounting and are graduated in snap-in widths of 22.5 mm. It is also possible to route both the CAN bus and the power supply through a bus strip integrated into the top-hat rail. The extensive product portfolio of over 100 different fieldbus components enables solutions with conventional I/Os through to communication with standardised industry-typical fieldbus protocols. Thanks to the modular design, the components can be easily retrofitted. The I/O modules are mainly available in units of 2, 4 and 8 I/Os. The integration of the busbar into the top-hat rail ensures user-friendly, time-saving and safe wiring.
The use of the NeoTec Slave 4-20 mA allows to process up to six external 4-20 mA measuring signals.
