Solenoid-operated dosing pumps with horizontal mounting, cost-effective and particularly reliable. K pumps are designed for universal use and various industries. The K series includes an MF version with multifunction software and an LPV version for viscous liquids. Also available with self-venting. Features at a glance With universal input for contact pulse or 0/4+20 mA Stroke frequency proportional to input signal (0+180 imp/min) Universal input programmable as: - Pulse divider 1/10, 10/100, 100/1000 - pulse multiplier 1*10 and then by means of rotary knob, infinitely adjustable Stroke length adjustment by means of rotary knob, stepless from 0...100% "LEVEL" connection for empty level switch "ALARM" relay output for empty signal (option) Operating mode: Constant Proportional via pulse divider Inputs: Level control (with pre-alarm) Digital signal Voltage signal Output: Level alarm output Hydraulic parts: - PVDF - PP - stainless steel (AISI 316) - Acrylic glass (PMMA) - Check valves with double ball - O-rings made of FKM B, EPDM, nitrile, PTFE Diaphragm: PTFE diaphragm Accessories (selectable via the configurator) Suction lances: emec Viton suction lance with 40cm immersion length (with BNC connection) emec Viton suction lance with 122cm immersion length (with BNC connection) emec EPDM suction lance with 40cm immersion length (with BNC connection) emec EPDM suction lance with 122cm immersion length (with BNC connection) Included in delivery: Injection valve 1/2" - 4x6mm made of PVDF or PP, depending on the selected version Axial foot valve with empty level switch and 2.5m connection cable with BNC plug 2m pressure hose made of PVDF (for PVDF head) or PE (for PP head), 4x6mm or 6x8mm* (depending on version, see technical data) 2m suction hose PVC transparent, 4x6mm, 6x8mm*, 8x10mm (depending on version, see technical data) 2m vent hose PVC transparent, 4x6mm 2.5m control cable RG174 with BNC plug Operating instructions 6 plugs with screws Fine-wire fuse 4x20mm Mode/LED - each function CONSTANT - continuous operation with 1÷180 metering strokes per minute CONSTANT/DIV 1:10 - continuous operation with 1÷18 metering strokes per minute DIV 1:10 - Pulses coming from the "INPUT" connector are divided by the factor N = 1÷10 (adjustable with DK 2, grey scale) DIV 10:100 - Pulses coming from the "INPUT" connection are divided by a factor of 10÷100. With DK 2 (grey scale N = 1÷10) the factor can be set proportionally: N1 = /10 to N10 = /100 DIV 100:1000 - Pulses coming from the "INPUT" connector are divided by a factor of 100÷1000. With DK 2 (grey scale N = 1÷10) the factor can be set proportionally: N1 = /100 to N10 = /1000 MULT 1:10 - Pulses coming through the "INPUT" connector are multiplied by the factor N = 1÷10 (adjustable with DK 2, grey scale). mA - An analogue signal (0/4÷20 mA) coming from the "INPUT" connection generates dosing strokes according to the factor N = 1÷10 (adjustable with DK 2, grey scale). frequently asked questions What can I use this dosing pump for? The pump is suitable for the precise dosing of chemicals into water, for example in water treatment or swimming pool systems. Can I adjust how much liquid the pump dispenses? Yes. The dosing rate can be adjusted using a rotary control, so that the pump dispenses exactly the desired amount. Does the pump operate automatically or do I have to adjust it constantly? Both are possible. It can dispense a constant volume continuously or automatically adjust its output in response to a signal. What liquids is the dosing pump suitable for? It is mostly used for chemicals in water, such as for disinfection or water treatment. Is it easy for beginners to operate? Yes. The most important settings can be adjusted using simple controls and clear displays. Can the pump detect when the chemical container is empty? Yes. A level sensor can indicate when there is no more liquid remaining. Is the dosing pump suitable for continuous operation? Yes. The K-series pumps are designed for reliable, long-term operation.
