Pressure is a key physical measurement in many industrial applications. In fluid and gas analysis, pressure monitoring ensures proper operating conditions, protects system components, and enhances process safety. Pressure also affects various other parameters, such as dissolved oxygen, making it an important reference value in many measurements.

Depending on the application, gauge pressure, absolute pressure, or differential pressure is used. Modern sensors offer high precision and long-term stability—even under challenging conditions such as extreme temperatures, aggressive media, or high-pressure ranges.

JUMO pressure transmitters and sensors are used in a wide range of applications, including:

  • Water and wastewater management: Monitoring pumps, filters, and tank levels using hydrostatic pressure.

  • Process industry: Controlling pressure in pipelines, reactors, and tanks for process reliability and safety.

  • Pharmaceutical industry: Ensuring validated processes in cleanrooms and production through accurate pressure monitoring.

  • Food and beverage industry: Reliable pressure measurement during CIP and SIP processes for hygiene and safety.

  • HVAC and building technology: Monitoring heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and compressed air systems.
