The quantity is set in l/h, strokes/minute, or strokes/h (for very small dosing quantities). The pump is controlled either via the digital input "INPUT" (which in this case has a start/pause or standby function), or via the power supply. switched on and off via the power supply. DIVISOR - A pulse generator connected to the universal input "INPUT" (e.g. contact water meter) gives pulses to the dosing pump in proportion to the water flow. These pulses are divided by the programmed (divided) by the programmed value and thus determine the stroke frequency or the delivery rate. MULTIPLICATOR - A pulse generator (e.g. contact water meter) connected to the universal input "INPUT" sends pulses to the dosing pump proportional to the water flow. pulses to the dosing pump in proportion to the water flow. These pulses are multiplied by the programmed value and thus determine the stroke frequency or the delivery rate. PPM [mg/l] - A pulse generator (e.g. contact water meter) connected to the universal input "INPUT" sends pulses to the dosing pump proportional to the water flow. pulses to the dosing pump in proportion to the water flow. With the pulses and the programmed "PPM" value, the electronics calculate the stroke frequency for dosing proportional to the water flow. For this the impulse rate of the contact water meter (in imp./ltr. or ltr./imp.), as well as the stroke volume (depending on the local system pressure) must be set. PERCENT [%] - A pulse generator (e.g. contact water meter) connected to the universal input "INPUT" gives pulses to the dosing pump proportional to the water flow. pulses to the dosing pump in proportion to the water flow. With the pulses and the programmed The electronic system uses the pulses and the programmed "PERCENT" value to calculate the stroke frequency for dosing in proportion to the water flow. For this, the pulse rate of the contact water meter (in imp./ltr. or ltr./imp.), as well as the stroke volume (depending on the local system pressure) must also be set. BATCH - The pump doses a programmed quantity. The quantity can be set in millilitres (ml) or as a number of dosing strokes. can be set. The pump can be started either manually via the front keys, by an external pulse generator via the universal input "INPUT", or via a programmable time interval (countdown). mA - The stroke frequency of the pump - and thus the dosing capacity - is controlled by an external current signal (0-20 mA). signal. The signal transmitter is connected to the universal input "INPUT". Volt - The stroke frequency of the pump - and thus the dosing capacity - is controlled by an external voltage signal (0-10 volts). The signal transmitter is connected to the universal input "INPUT".

The emec service set for the K-Plus pump consists of the pump head, including sealing ring and a diaphragm, which is the same for all versions of the pump and is made of PTFE. Our service sets are available in the versions I, L and M. The only difference is the size of the pump head, which varies according to pressure and flow rate. The second choice on your part determines the material of the pump head and the material of the sealing ring. The correct selection of the service set, i.e. the correct choice of pump head size and pump head and seal material, can easily be made via your K-series pump type plate as follows. 1. On the type plate of your K-PLUS pump you will find the pressure "bar xxx - PSI xxx" above the serial number and then the pump capacity "l/h xxx - gph xxx". With these two items of information, you can easily determine the correct pump head size (I, L, M). The EMEC KMS MF series is a versatile dosing pump series that supports various operating modes, including constant, divide, multiply, ppm, perc, mlq, batch, volt, mA and timer. This flexibility enables precise and customisable dosing for different applications. Here are some important features of the EMEC KMS MF series: Multifunctionality: supports different operating modes for different dosing requirements. High precision: Thanks to the PTFE diaphragm and robust design, the pumps are durable and reliable. Easy integration: Can be controlled proportionally via external signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-10 V or pulses. You can also: Set automatic re-priming when the flow sensor is installed (sefl menu) Enable the system for over-recovery (sefl menu) Set a maintenance dosing when the system is at a standstill (ppm menu - upkeep setting) The pump has the following features: STAND-BY input SEFL input (flow sensor) LEVEL input (level controller) ALARM contact output The dosing capacity of the pump is determined by the number of pulses and the capacity per individual injection. The setting of individual injections is only linear for values between 30% and 100%. The operating and control parameters are shown on an LCD display and managed via a keypad.

Slow mode: With the exclusive SLOW MODE function of PRISMA dosing pumps, the stroke speed can be reduced from 100% to 1% during the priming cycle. This function facilitates the adaptation of the pump to the dosing medium and increases the reliability and deaeration of high viscosity dosing media. Colour display and encoder control: The PRISMA dosing pump is equipped with an encoder for quick and easy menu navigation, as well as a large display for a convenient setting of the operating parameters and monitoring of the pump functions. The intelligent multi-function software allows the operator to precisely set the dosage required by the application. This allows you to enter the desired value and read it directly in ml/h or l/h via the graphic display. All operating modes are displayed clearly and easily through self-explaining symbols. Operating mode: - Constant - Proportional control by external input, operating mode mg/l (ppm) - Proportional control by external input, operating mode percent (%) - Start-pause - Weekly timer - External input (start and/or pause) Turndown function: Prisma's stepper motor driven pumps offer the most precise control over stroke speed and provide an excellent turndown ratio of up to 4800:1. means that Prisma can divide the dosing process into a maximum of 4800 steps to ensure the most homogeneous and precise distribution of the product depending on the desired application to be dosed. Furthermore, the CC per pulse function provides additional dosing accuracy.
