Testomat 2000 PO4 – Precise Online Phosphate Analyzer Continuous monitoring of ortho-phosphate, reliable and automated The Testomat 2000 PO4 is an analysis device that continuously and reliably monitors ortho-phosphate levels in the range of 0 to 10.0 mg/L (ppm). The measurement is based on molybdenum blue photometry. A chemical reaction produces a characteristic steel-blue color change in the sample. Two reagents are automatically added, and after a short reaction time of approximately ten minutes, the Testomat provides a precise result. With menu-guided operation, plain-text display, and selectable units (ppm or mg/L), the device is ideal for continuous monitoring tasks. Features of the Testomat With automatic reagent supply, programmable measurement intervals, and two independent setpoints with hysteresis, the device delivers accurate results at all times. Its compact design allows flexible installation directly at the measurement point. Digital interfaces enable seamless integration into existing control and monitoring systems. Where can the device be used? Process water monitoring Production water treatment Treated wastewater (wastewater treatment plants, biogas plants) Online environmental analytics Performance profile of the T 2000 PO4 from Heyl Analysis using automatic addition of 2 reagents Display of measurement result after approx. 10 minutes (measurement time without rinsing) Menu-guided operation and programming via plain-text display Selectable units in ppm or mg/L Analysis triggering: Automatic interval mode (interval pause adjustable from 0–255 minutes) External triggering Quantity-dependent via contact water meter Two independent limit values with hysteresis (1, 2, or 3 bad analyses) and adjustable switching functions Monitoring of two measurement points (switching via external solenoid valves) Internal error documentation Programmable service address Programmable maintenance interval for maintenance requests
