Reliable and economical demineralized water treatment (demineralized water) is indispensable in sterile processing. However, processes, system status and operating costs are subject to constant change. As part of our basic on-site analysis, you will receive a well-founded and independent assessment of your existing demineralized water treatment system - directly at your location.
Our consulting approach aims to identify optimization potential at an early stage and make it economically viable. Among other things, we look at
- Plant technology and dimensioning
- Equipment and feed technology
- Instruments used
In sensitive environments such as hospitals, the quality of the demineralized water used is crucial - especially in areas such as sterile goods processing, laboratory diagnostics or medical technology. On request, we can also carry out targeted and professional water sampling at representative sampling points for a fee.
Some of the water samples taken are analyzed on site using photometric measurements and then sent to an accredited laboratory.
The results are documented in a clearly structured report - including an assessment and specific recommendations for optimization.
