The Duroval TI Titration Solution Refill Pack (25 ml bottle) for refilling your existing Duroval TI test kit. For determining water hardness in the range 0–30 °dH (0–60 °f).
Refill pack of DUROVAL® TI titration solution for determining water hardness across all hardness ranges via complexometric titration. With the Duroval TI titration solution refill pack, you can quickly and easily replace the titration solution in your Duroval TI test kit. The solution is designed to work with the kit and allows for numerous measurements, depending on the hardness range of your water. The refill solution is only suitable for you if you already own a Duroval TI test kit. It cannot be used on its own as a measuring solution without the kit.
A practical addition to your test kit
With the refill solution, you can continue to use your existing Duroval TI test kit without having to buy a new one. Simply replace the used solution and carry out the measurements as usual.
How does the DUROVAL method work?
The DUROVAL method allows for quick and easy determination of the total hardness of water without the need for any additional equipment. The indicator turns bright red in hard water. Adding the titration solution binds the total hardness, and the colour changes from red to green. The amount of titration solution added with the measuring pipette until the colour changes from red to green determines the hardness of the water sample. The total hardness of the water sample can be read directly from the measuring pipette. Please read the instructions for use carefully before use.
