JUMO diraVIEW 108 – Digital Indicator (Type: 701513/8-0000-23/000)
This digital indicator consists of five freely configurable and universally applicable devices in different DIN formats for displaying temperature, pressure, and other process variables.
The JUMO diraVIEW 108 is a versatile digital indicator in horizontal format 96 × 48 mm for capturing, displaying, and monitoring a wide range of process variables. Thanks to the universal analog input, the device can be used flexibly for different signal types and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
In addition to pure display, the device also enables direct processing of measured values. Two integrated relay outputs are available to implement switching functions at defined limit values. This allows the diraVIEW 108 to be used not only as a display device, but also as a monitoring and control unit.
The display is clearly presented via two 18-segment LCD displays. Additional display elements also indicate the status of the outputs as well as active functions such as timers or limit value monitoring. Operation is carried out via a front-mounted membrane keypad with four keys. Thanks to protection class IP65, the device is also suitable for demanding environments.
Equipment of this device variant
- 1 universal analog input
- 2 digital inputs (digital input 1 can alternatively be used as a logic output)
- 2 relay outputs (normally open contacts)
- 1 logic output 0/14 V (alternative to digital input 1)
- Power supply: AC 110–240 V (+10 / -15 %), 48–63 Hz
- Display via 2 × 18-segment LCD
- Installation format: 96 × 48 mm (horizontal format)
Functions and possibilities
The diraVIEW 108 offers a comprehensive range of functions for monitoring and evaluating measured values:
- Min./max. value storage for continuous analysis
- Hold function for retaining measured values
- Tare function, also suitable for weighing applications
- Timer function for implementing time-controlled processes
- Monitoring of up to 4 limit values with a wide range of alarm functions
In addition, digital signals can be processed flexibly and logically linked with one another.
Signal processing & flexibility
The internal signals are managed via selectors, enabling flexible assignment of inputs, outputs, and functions. This allows the device to be individually adapted to different applications.
Interfaces & configuration
The device features a USB device interface for connection to a PC. Configuration is carried out via the setup program, with which:
- Parameters can be created and transferred
- Device data can be read out and saved
- Wiring diagrams can be generated automatically
During parameterization, the power supply is provided via the USB interface.
