The Testomat 2000 Brom Reagent Kit 500 ml is a carefully balanced set for determining bromine concentration in the Testomat 2000 Br. The original reagents ensure reliable measurement results and stable control of the dosage of the oxidising and disinfecting agent.
Precise bromine monitoring in the Testomat 2000 Br
The reagent kit is specially tailored to the Testomat 2000 Br’s measurement method and enables continuous monitoring of bromine levels. This allows dosing processes to be controlled and the condition of the systems to be better assessed. The guaranteed minimum shelf life of the reagent kit is four months.
It is suitable for bromine measurements in cooling water, process water and industrial systems using the Testomat 2000 Br.
It is not suitable for manual water analyses without the Testomat 2000 Br or for measuring other parameters.
Applications of the reagents
The reagent kit has been specially developed for industrial cooling and process water systems in which bromine is monitored as an oxidising agent or disinfectant. The 500-ml bottles can be used directly in the Testomat 2000® Br units without the need for laborious decanting. The reagent kits are designed for consistent consumption, which is why the fill volumes of the individual reagent bottles vary. The reagent kit is used to monitor the bromine (Br₂) content within a measuring range of 0–5.6 mg/l (ppm).
