Precise Water Hardness Analysis for Automated Process and System Monitoring with the Testomat EVO TH Fully automatic water hardness determination via titration The Testomat EVO automatically detects the water level when filling the measuring chamber and can also operate for extended periods in BOB mode without constant supervision. With an integrated SD card or optionally an SDHC card (2 GB), measurement data and messages/alarms can be recorded. The menu is available in multiple languages, and firmware updates can be conveniently applied via the SD card. Analog outputs and serial interfaces allow external processing of measurement data. Certified and Cost-Effective Standalone Water Hardness Meter With the Testomat EVO, you benefit from stable, low-maintenance continuous operation, minimal consumption of indicator solution and water, as well as versatile data communication via RS232 or 0/4–20 mA signals. Certification according to relevant safety and TÜV standards (WÜH certification for boiler houses) and the compact design make the EVO a robust and efficient solution for demanding measurement tasks. Applications for the Testomat EVO Water treatment Drinking water systems Industrial boilers Process water monitoring When purchasing the Testomat EVO online, you receive, in addition to a 3 % online discount on Heyl devices, a free indicator of your choice. Frequently asked questions How long is the warranty period for the Testomat EVO TH? The warranty period for the Testomat EVO TH series is 2 years from delivery. Where can I view or download the operating instructions? The operating instructions can be viewed or downloaded in the online shop, either directly with the item or in a separate download area. How can the values be read out on the Testomat EVO TH? This is possible with the integrated SD card. More detailed information on data readout can be found in the operating instructions. Can the warranty on my Testomat device be extended? A warranty extension on a newly purchased Testomat device is generally possible from 24 to 36 months. The warranty period can thus be extended by one year. The prerequisite for this is that the extension is made within the first three months after the date of purchase. You can access the device warranty extension directly via your online shop customer account. Does the Testomat EVO TH have different spare parts and service sets than the Testomat ECO? No, the spare parts for the Testomat EVO TH and the Testomat ECO are identical. A selection of spare parts for the specific device can also be found in the respective device operating instructions. How high are the follow-up costs for chemicals? Chemical consumption depends on the number of analyses performed with the Testomat EVO TH. Consumption can be determined using our indicator consumption calculator in the online shop. How often does the device need to be serviced? The manufacturer recommends servicing the device once or twice a year. The maintenance interval for the Testomat EVO TH is therefore 6-12 months. Can the device be serviced by a service partner? Yes, maintenance can be carried out by an authorised Heyl Neomeris service partner. Please feel free to contact us if required via vertrieb@heylneomeris.de , so that we can find the right technician for your region. Can the device be sent in for repair (cost estimate)? Yes, the defective device can be sent to our address. A description of the fault should be included with the return shipment and the indicator must be removed from the device before returning it. Once we have received the defective device, you will first receive a cost estimate for the expected repair costs. The repair will only be carried out after prior approval.
Features and Equipment Optical water detection when filling the measuring chamber ensures precise dosing. Additionally, the device features automatic venting of the indicator line, an integrated self-test, and a multilingual menu. Measurement data and messages/alarms are logged via an integrated SD card or optional SDHC card. Recorded values and alarms can be transmitted for external processing via an analog 0/4–20 mA output or the RS232 interface.
