The included food-grade electrode is designed for testing semi-solid samples such as cured meats, soft cheeses, soups, sauces, or sushi rice. Its conical tip allows for easy insertion into the sample, while the robust PVDF body ensures easy cleaning and long-lasting durability.
A key advantage of the MW102-FOOD PRO+ is its high measurement accuracy. Automatic one- or two-point calibration allows for quick setup and delivers reliable results for demanding food analysis applications. The fine resolution enables precise monitoring of production and quality processes.
To ensure measurement reliability, the device features automatic temperature compensation (ATC). The included temperature probe directly measures sample temperature, allowing the pH reading to be automatically adjusted for temperature-related variations.
