Exclusive Testomat® Training for CWG Balkan
Today is training day once again at HeylNeomeris. At the request of our customer CWG Balkan, an exclusive Testomat® training course was held in our state-of-the-art technical center in Hildesheim.
During this hands-on event, comprehensive knowledge about the design, operation, and maintenance of Testomat® analyzers was provided. Working in an exclusive group of two, the participants directly handled incorrectly programmed devices and learned how to identify and eliminate typical faults.
Hands-On Training Directly on Testomat® Analyzers
The focus of the product training is on practical application. Participants work independently on the analyzers and gain valuable practical knowledge for daily operation.
Fundamentals of Photometric Analysis
At the beginning of the training, participants are introduced to the fundamentals of photometric analysis. This knowledge forms the basis for understanding the functionality of Testomat® analyzers.
Differences Between the Various Testomat® Models
Another key topic is the technical design and the differences between the individual Testomat® models. This provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the respective application possibilities.
Service, Maintenance and Troubleshooting
In addition to the fundamentals, participants receive intensive training in service and maintenance. Typical fault scenarios are also covered, and solutions for rapid fault diagnosis and troubleshooting are demonstrated.
All topics are reinforced through practical exercises directly on the Testomat® analyzers in our technical center.
