Strengthening Our Clinical Solutions Team: Welcome, Thomas Rudolph!

Since 01 June 2026, Thomas Rudolph has been strengthening the HeylNeomeris Clinical Solutions team as a process analyst and consultant for sterile processing workflows and hygiene in clinics and hospitals.

Practical Experience in Sterile Processing and Medical Device Reprocessing Units (AEMP)

Thomas Rudolph has many years of practical experience in sterile processing. His professional background ranges from operational work and the management of Medical Device Reprocessing Units (AEMP) to cross-site responsibility and the optimisation of complex sterile processing workflows.

His responsibilities included the analysis and optimisation of workflows, capacity and resource planning, as well as supporting certification processes and renovation and new construction projects for AEMPs in clinics and hospitals.

Process Analysis and Consulting for Safe Sterile Processing Workflows

At HeylNeomeris, Thomas Rudolph will support clinics and hospitals in systematically analysing existing sterile processing workflows, identifying optimisation potential and developing practical solutions together with the responsible teams on site.

The focus is on safe and efficient workflows, taking into account the individual conditions of each healthcare facility and the sustainable development of existing sterile processing processes.

Consulting Based on Practical Experience

Effective process consulting requires an understanding of the daily challenges within an AEMP and practical knowledge of operational workflows. Thomas Rudolph brings this experience from his many years of work in sterile processing and the management of AEMPs.

Developing Clinical Solutions with a Holistic Approach

With Thomas Rudolph, we are further expanding our consulting expertise in the field of Clinical Solutions. Our goal is to take a holistic approach to demineralised water treatment, hygiene, plant technology and sterile processing workflows and to support clinics and hospitals in analysing and sustainably optimising their processes.

Welcome to HeylNeomeris, Thomas Rudolph! We look forward to working together and to many successful projects.
