Water quality as the key to process reliability in the AEMP

The quality of the treated water is a decisive factor for the safety, efficiency, and longevity of instruments and equipment technology in sterile goods processing and makes an important contribution to patient safety.
Yesterday's training day therefore focused on the topics of deionized water treatment and equipment technology.

Technical exchange and practical solutions for optimal water quality

At the beginning of the event, HeylNeomeris gave us an insight into the product portfolio of Dr. Weigert in order to highlight the influences of the various products in the cleaning and disinfection process. Key questions, such as how the cleaning agents are used and what the differences are in terms of temperature effects, were answered in the technical exchange.

We designed our training program based on this, because the better the quality of the process water, the better the cleaners work.

The participants from Dr. Weigert gained practical insights into:

- Fundamentals and procedures of water treatment
- Generating the necessary water quality for kitchens and AEMP
- Current recommendations from the DGSV
- Effects of insufficient media quality on operating costs, instruments, and equipment technology

With this training, we are making an important contribution to quality assurance and process reliability in the AEMP.

The professional exchange and the training day are a milestone for future cooperation.

A big thank you to all participants for the lively exchange!
