Product information "JUMO ecoLine glass shaft pH electrode and S8 Pg13.5 screw head with 1 meter fixed cable"

The ceramic diaphragm and the polymerized KCl gel electrolyte make it a suitable solution for many standard applications in water analysis.

JUMO ecoLine glass shaft pH electrode with S8 Pg13.5 screw head, 1 m fixed cable and BNC connector (201005/51-18-60-1000-76-120/000; Part No. 00459671)

This version of the JUMO ecoLine pH electrode is designed for users who need a straightforward and ready-to-connect solution for pH measurement in general aqueous media. With its pre-mounted 1-meter fixed cable and BNC connector, the sensor can be quickly integrated into suitable measurement systems and is especially convenient when a direct connection without additional accessories is required.

The electrode measures in the range of pH 0 to 12, and short-term up to pH 14, and operates with low-impedance JUMO UW glass. This ensures fast response and reliable pH measurement. In addition, the proven JUMO cartridge reference system helps keep the electrolyte free of silver ions throughout its service life, making it less sensitive to certain electrode poisons.

Typical applications

With the S8 Pg13.5 screw head, a standard insertion length of 120 mm, and the permanently attached cable, this ecoLine electrode is particularly suitable for measurement points where a compact, ready-to-connect design is required. An integrated temperature sensor is not available in this series, so the sensor is intended for applications where no built-in temperature measurement is needed.

Type suffixes

Type suffix Description
KCl container (quiver), model code 052

The base of the KCl container can also be used as a mounting wrench for pH or redox electrodes with a Pg13.5 thread. The recesses on the removable container base fit onto the hexagon of the electrode head. When storing the electrodes, the container must be filled with KCl (not with buffer solution or similar).

Salt reservoir, model code 837

Optionally, the electrode can be fitted with a salt reservoir in the form of four salt rings. This is recommended when using the electrode in media with low ion concentrations or at high flow rates. The salt reservoir serves to extend the service life of the electrode. The rings do not constitute a manufacturing defect (crystallisation).
