Product information "JUMO tecLine pH electrode (glass shaft + high-temperature gel, perforated diaphragm, screw head Pg13.5, 120mm, salt reservoir)"

If you are looking for a pH electrode for hot process conditions and value HT glass, hole diaphragm, high-temperature gel, and a salt reservoir, this JUMO tecLine version is an excellent choice.

JUMO tecLine pH electrode with glass shaft, high-temperature gel, hole diaphragm, Pg13.5 screw head, 120 mm and salt reservoir

This tecLine pH electrode is designed for demanding pH measurements at elevated continuous temperatures. It is particularly suitable for processes where standard electrodes are exposed to higher thermal stress and therefore require a specially designed solution. The combination of HT glass, high-temperature gel, hole diaphragm, and salt reservoir makes this version especially relevant for applications where high temperatures and more challenging media occur together.

Technical data

  • Basic type: glass shaft
  • Active element: HT glass
  • Measuring range: pH 0 to 14
  • Temperature range: 0 to +135 °C
  • Diaphragm: hole diaphragm, gel made of polymerized solid electrolyte (“diaphragm-less”)
  • Electrical connection: Pg13.5 screw head (S8)
  • Reference system: high-temperature gel, sealed, cartridge reference system
  • Immersion length: 120 mm
  • Type extension: salt reservoir (837)

Advantages of this version

A key advantage of this electrode is its suitability for temperatures up to +135 °C. This makes it especially relevant when pH measurements must remain reliable not only under normal conditions but also in permanently hot or thermally demanding processes.

The HT glass is designed for the full pH range from 0 to 14 and is specifically developed for high-temperature applications. This makes the electrode a suitable solution for thermally demanding industrial processes.

Why choose this electrode?

This version is particularly suitable when, in addition to temperature resistance, a robust solution for more demanding media is required. The hole diaphragm with gel made of polymerized solid electrolyte is designed for applications where conventional diaphragms may clog or become contaminated more quickly.

This ensures reliable operation even under difficult conditions. The salt reservoir is an additional advantage when longer service life is required, especially in challenging processes.

The high-temperature gel and sealed cartridge reference system complete this robust, process-ready design. With the Pg13.5 screw head (S8) and 120 mm immersion length, the electrode can be integrated into many standard measuring setups.

The combination of high-temperature resistance, clog-resistant diaphragm design, and salt reservoir makes this version particularly suitable for applications where both temperature and media place higher demands on the electrode.

Typical applications

  • processes with elevated continuous temperatures
  • sterilization applications
  • measuring points requiring reliable pH monitoring under thermally demanding conditions
  • fluoride-containing media up to 1000 mg/l HF
