Thanks to the new stepper motor and multifunctional software, EMEC PRISMA dosing pumps offer total control over dosing speeds and operating modes as well as high flexibility and reproducibility in use to meet the most demanding application requirements. The PRISMA pump from EMEC is able to regulate filling levels, has a standby input and an alarm output. The following operating modes are available:

The EMEC PRISMA dosing pumps are equipped with an ENCODER rotary knob for easy navigation through the configuration menus and a large display for checking and setting the operating parameters. The backlit display of the EMEC PRISMA pump can also signal different operating states by changing color: e.g. pump running (green).
Turndown:
The PRISMA stepper motor pumps offer extremely precise control of the injection rate with an incredible turndown ratio of up to 4800:1, allowing the dosing process to be divided into up to 4800 steps via the digital multi-function controller to enable the most precise and homogeneous distribution of the product to be dosed according to the desired application.
Slow mode:
The extreme versatility of the EMEC PRISMA dosing pumps also results from the slow mode function. When this function is activated, the suction speed can be reduced from 75.50 to 25% of the normal speed, making suction and dosing easier, more reliable and accurate, even in applications that require working with very viscous liquids.
