The pressure regulator is suitable for all Testomat® devices. It is used for pressures from 0.5 to 10 bar in order to avoid any pressure fluctuations that may occur and to ensure an optimum operating pressure. Dear customers, please note that the calibration of the Testomat® 808 SiO2 can only be carried out with silicate-free water. Therefore, please use the silicate filter cartridge specially developed for this purpose when replacing the double pump head (art. no. 40395) and the associated pump adjustment.The cartridge filled with the special resin is inserted into the sampling line of the unit before the inlet and removed again after the adjustment. The pump replacement instructions describe the use of the silicate filter, storage conditions and shelf life. After the first use, the filter can be used up to 10 times within one year for balancing. After one year, the filter must be disposed of.

Testomat® aerator for reducing the CO2 content. Capacity: Max. water throughput of 12 l/h when reducing the free carbon dioxide from max. 200 mg/l to below 20 mg/l. A high carbon dioxide content in the sample water distorts the measurement results. Therefore, insert the small aerator R upstream of the Testomat® device to reduce the CO2 content in the sample water. Dimensions (W x H x D): 150 x 500 x 100 mm Supply voltage: 230 V/50 Hz. Attention: The mounting of the Aerator R has to be 3 meters over the device!
256x64 2,8", yellowFeatures: When the device is switched on with the display plugged in, the installed software version is displayed during the boot process. This allows you to visually check the current software version after a software update. After a measurement has been completed, the measurement result is shown in the selected display unit. The display value is retained until the end of the next measurement and is then updated to the new measured value. If a fault occurs during the last measurement, the display shows “xx x x x selected display unit”. If it is a temporary fault, the Alarm function key flashes at the same time (see Temporary faults in the manual). In this case, the device will start a new measurement once the programmed analysis interval has expired. If the error is still present, the indication on the display remains and the Alarm function key remains illuminated. In this case, no further measurements are made during programmed analysis interval and the device switches to standby mode. If the fault is no longer present, the measurement result is shown on the display once the measurement has been completed and the device switches back to normal operating mode.

The data logger with USB connection can be used in Testomat® 808 devices. It provides a protocol of the readings and notifications of the Testomat® 808 using the 20mA current loop. Data access is performed via the built-in USB port. Technical Data Monitors the Testomat® 808 continuously. Storage capacity for 32000 samples. Assuming a typical interval pause time of 15 minutes, 10 months data can be captured.
