This version is particularly interesting for applications where temperature is not only to be measured reliably, but where the measuring signal is also to be processed directly. For this purpose, the JUMO Dtrans T100 combines a Pt1000 temperature sensor with a programmable transmitter in one compact unit. Thanks to the insertion length of 100 mm, this version is well suited for measuring points where the sensor needs to reach somewhat further into the medium.

With the protection tube made of stainless steel 316 L, the resistance thermometer has a robust and durable design, which is important for many different application areas.

An important advantage of this version lies in the process connection with G 1/2 and CIP-compliant sealing cone. This means that the connection is designed to be better suited for hygienically sensitive applications and can be well integrated into the cleaning process. The sealing cone provides a defined, secure closure at the measuring point, while the CIP-compliant design is intended to avoid areas that are difficult to clean wherever possible. This is a practical advantage especially where systems are cleaned regularly.

The type addition is also interesting for such applications. The media-contacting parts are electropolished and designed with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm.
