Online analysis device for water hardness
The Testomat Limit TH is your reliable limit value measuring device for automatic monitoring of the residual total hardness (water hardness) in water. It is a compact analyser for online measurement of water hardness based on the principle of ‘limit value monitoring with colour change’ in the measuring range 0.05 – 25.0 °dH. Areas of application:
The Testomat Limit TH was designed for use in water treatment (e.g. osmosis systems, electroplating, large boiler systems, laundries, commercial kitchens, water softening systems). The device is a limit value measuring device that automatically monitors the residual total hardness (water hardness) in the water.
The result of the analysis is displayed in colour in the ‘Measured values’ menu. Below limit value = green frame, above limit value = double red frame.
Limit value: You can set the desired limit value to be monitored yourself. The adjustable limit value range depends on the indicator type. Indicators with different measuring ranges are available for use with Testomat Limit TH devices, depending on your operational requirements. The limit value to be monitored can be freely set within the measuring ranges of the indicator. All indicator types are available in two container sizes (100 ml and 500 ml). A detailed list of the individual suitable indicators with the corresponding item numbers can be found below.

Self-test and continuous self-monitoring: The device status is displayed. The Testomat Limit TH performs a self-test when switched on and continuously monitors itself.
72 hours of operation without constant supervision. The Testomat Limit TH automatically indicates whether there is enough indicator available for continuous measurement. The device calculates whether the remaining indicator is sufficient for the next 72 hours of operation, taking into account the remaining indicator, the set interval pause and the amount of indicator consumed per measurement.
